3941 If anyone loves God they will not sorrow over His commands. We must not seek to satisfy ourselves but do all we can to satisfy the Lord. Strive to put ‘self’ to death. You choose your master by who you serve.

3886 Give yourself to God, for He is the one who truly cares. Do not yield to the suggestions of demons, for they will only destroy you. God delights to help and instruct those who look to Him in faith believing.

3875 Often God’s people cause their own troubles by overextending themselves past God’s boundaries, trying to be something they are not. God desires a people who strive to be conformed to Him.

3872 God is able to keep those who look to Him even in the midst of His wrath. God’s people are not meant to perish with the heathen, yet if they walk far from God they will reap the rewards of their folly.

3817 God prunes His vine, cutting away parasites and leeches. Be thankful God prunes us, for it helps us bear more fruit. God will pressure us that we will cry out to Him and bear abundant fruit.

3776 The man who receives instruction and correction will be made wise. Only fools refuse the guiding hand of God. When we embrace God’s guidance He looks at us like sons and daughters of His Kingdom.

3759 God’s people are meant to listen to Him, not being high-minded and arrogant. Yet in this hour many refuse to listen to the Lord but listen to the council of their evil hearts instead. Stay humble before the Lord.

3730 Who will rise up in this twisted generation and stand against the evil that is all about? We must be living examples of what can do in human lives, yet sadly, God’s people are full of sin.

3715 God intends His people receive His blessedness, yet because of their sin they only receive the judgment that befalls the heathen. God is no respecter of persons, giving divine retribution to every man.

429 We serve the God of standards. When men imagine God has no standards they are on the brink of Hell. Do not be easily beguiled from the truth. Those who will not keep God’s standards do not love Him.

426 We are not called to dwell in bitterness but we must dwell in the Lord and partake of His sweet water. God must test and try us so we can come forth as gold and be fountains of sweet water.

3663 Be thankful that you can come forth in God, being instructed in His truth. If you refuse God’s counsel you are a blinded fool headed to destruction. We are not meant to do our own thing, but to obey God.

3629 The Living God desires to give the goodness of who He is to His people. Yet when we accuse Him we will receive the fruit of our evil heart of unbelief. Never imagine God has evil intended for His people.

3522 When men yield themselves to a novice and proclaim him King, they are fools who will end in a ditch. God is grieved with this generation who follow foolish novices who lead them to destruction.

333 There is a continual war in the Spirit for the souls of humanity. But those who live in religious falsehoods will not perceive it. They are blinded by the god of this world who has snared their souls.
