3886 Give yourself to God, for He is the one who truly cares. Do not yield to the suggestions of demons, for they will only destroy you. God delights to help and instruct those who look to Him in faith believing.

480 God desires to reveal His glory, yet few men are desirous to receive it. As we hunger and thirst for God’s glory His power will be revealed in our midst. We can’t control the Lord, but yield to His Spirit glory.

3885 Thank God for His blessed, merciful guidance. Even in a wicked age God promises to feed those who look to Him with the finest of wheat. If you don’t keep your heart fixed on God you will be taken away.

479 God is bigger than the generations of men, and when we choose the Lord there is no good thing He will withhold from us. God is raising up a people who will stand for truth and not bow to compromise.

3884 God loves to help us when we put our trust in Him. Yet when we trust in the arm of flesh God is discouraged in us and we will bring many problems upon ourselves. God finds pleasure in those who trust Him.

478 For too long men have proclaimed their own power and glory, yet neglect to proclaim the Lord. God is raising a consecrated people who will proclaim Him and set others free. God is unleashing judgments.

3883 Multitudes claim they are God’s people yet they don’t follow Him. Their hearts are full of the world and they have been led astray. They are dull and dead in sin, all because they want to do their own thing.

477 God doesn’t desire a people who put their confidence in the world, for it is like a bag with holes. We must increase in faith and confidence in God, for He will never fail.
