3878 Do not give yourself to covetous lust and greed. God will give us what we need as we trust Him. Many are consumed with greed. Be satisfied with what God brings and you will have peace.

476 It is folly to try and hide your sins from God, for He sees the actions of everyone in the earth. We must see our wretched sinfulness and come to God in repentance. Beware the shows of deceptive messengers.

3877 It is not through governments, organizations, or politics that you will find life. We must keep our focus on God, for He is the true source of life, truth, mercy, and strength. As we walk in humility we will be kept.

475 God has never purposed us to live for the flesh, pursuing carnality. God calls His dedicated ones to die to themselves, take up their cross, and follow Him. False messengers deceive many unto destruction.

3876 God pulls down and destroys that which is sin before Him. Men think they can continually spew out darkness, yet God will unleash His judgments against them. God will protect those who love Him.

474 Many start out following God with good intentions, yet they are deceived into the wrong way and then imagine they are still on the right path. These ones will end in Hell unless they repent.

3875 Often God’s people cause their own troubles by overextending themselves past God’s boundaries, trying to be something they are not. God desires a people who strive to be conformed to Him.

473 When God provides us a table of blessings, He feeds us that we could be co-laborers in the harvest of souls, not that we would live for ourselves and waste His blessings on our carnal lusts and ambitions.
