3718 God has many blessings for His people, yet they never receive them because they are ever complaining against Him. We need to be thankful to the Lord no matter how things appear to our carnal mind.

436 The Living God is never mocked. God shall release great suffering upon the sons of men in order that many can come to Him. Yet those who mock God in pride and arrogance shall be brought down.

3717 God’s people are not meant to howl in desolation that comes to the wicked, nor suffer like those who make foolish choices. If we will walk uprightly with the Lord He will bring us forth in great mercies.

435 Many liars claiming to be God’s people have gone forth in this generation. God is not satisfied with the excuses of liars. God is not mocked and those who refuse to obey Him will end up destroyed.

3716 God’s people are meant to walk in the fear and reverence of Him. Yet in this hour so many have followed the gods of the heathen and are full of the wretchedness of their own conceit, pride, and arrogance.

434 God is the provision for His people. Yet if we trust in the arm of flesh we trust in a lie and bring curses on our head. God is jealous and desires us to trust only Him. Look to God and nothing else.

3715 God intends His people receive His blessedness, yet because of their sin they only receive the judgment that befalls the heathen. God is no respecter of persons, giving divine retribution to every man.

433 God does not give victory as we would hope. We must be willing to lose if we want to win. When we lose all for God’s Kingdom we gain lasting victory. Jesus lost all in order to win our salvation.
